To inform mobilization of resources for the CIP, HP+ worked with the government to conduct an analysis to determine the extent that planned activities are funded and to identify funding gaps for the first year of CIP execution (2018). Such data on resource gaps can inform resource re-allocation and an evidence-based advocacy process to increase investment in family planning.
