Essential Components of Family Planning Benefits Packages

This report summarizes the results of a literature review and expert consultation conducted to support the definition of family planning benefits package(s) for inclusion in health benefit schemes oriented toward universal health coverage. The literature review findings were presented and discussed at a meeting of family planning experts, where the experts participated in a Delphi process to share their recommendations on the essential components that should constitute these packages.
